New for 2024!
5K course has been modified to eliminate crossover as faster runners are finishing.
Starting area will be segmented into 3 sections based on projected finish time. Faster runners will be placed in the front 2 sections.
Bib time will be used to determine age group awards.
Dogs will NOT be permitted in the 5k for safety reasons and concerns raised by participants.

Details - Kid’s Fun Runs
Start time 8:20am on the track inside the stadium
FREE! No registration required!
Children may pre-register to purchase an event t-shirt for $10.00.
The key event will be 800 meters (½ mile) or 2 laps on the track. There are 4 options for participants.
Age Distance
2 and under 50 meters
3 - 4 100 meters
5 - 6 400 meters (1 lap on the track)
7 & up 800 meters (2 laps on the track)
Children are welcome to move up or down to longer or shorter run
Parents are welcome to run with their children to encourage them to participate.

Mail-in entries postmarked up to Nov. 15th: $30.00 (includes t-shirt)
Online entries through Nov. 24: $30.00 (includes t-shirt)
Online entries Nov. 25-26: $40.00 (no t-shirt)
In-person entries Nov. 27 (2:00-6:00pm), Nov. 28 (7:30-8:30am) at Biemesderfer Stadium: $40.00 (no t-shirt)
Number and t-shirt pick-up (at Biemesderfer Stadium):
Wednesday, Nov. 27: 2:00-6:00pm
Thursday, Nov. 28: 7:30-8:30am
Race numbers and t-shirts MUST be picked up by 8:40am on race day!
5K Run/walk will start in front of (outside) the football stadium at 9:00am.
Competitors with strollers will be permitted but are required to start in the back of the starting area.
Dogs are not be permitted to accompany race participants.
5K awards will be announced and awarded around 9:50am. Awards not claimed on race day will be donated to charities supported by the event.
Results will be posted on www.motiontiming.com and on Race Roster.
Food Bank Donations: Competitors and spectators are encouraged to bring at least 2 or 3 non-perishable items for donation to local food banks to help those in need during the holiday season. Donors will have a chance to win a $50 gift card!
Restrooms are available only at the stadium
Random Awards will be distributed around 10:10am. Winners of these drawings must be present. Over $400 of random awards will be made this year. We will begin collecting bib tabs after 10:00am to avoid collecting names of individuals not present.
Refreshments: Water, apples, and bananas will be available at the end of the race.
Extra t-shirts, if available, will be sold in the registration area starting around 9:15am for $10.
All race proceeds benefit Millersville area running programs and local food banks.

Parking
We recommend participants use the parking lot at James and Creek Drive. Signs on George Street will direct you to this area.
Note: If you want to leave before the 5K run is completed, we strongly suggest parking in the lots behind the Millersville University Library. Access to those lots is located on West Frederick St. Most of the course will be closed to traffic until around 10:00am.
